Our Dough

Our Dough is made using authentic Italian Caputo ’00’ flour, milled in Naples, Italy, it’s the only choice when making our dough. Exceptional quality flour and a slow prove produces a soft and light pizza base, setting a perfect foundation for our scrumptious pizza. Our dough contains only 4 ingredients, flour, yeast, water and salt, simple!


Our Ingredients

We only ever use the freshest and finest ingredients to create our mouth-watering pizzas. We try to source our ingredients locally from small independent businesses. However, to achieve an Italian inspired flavour and truly great tasting pizza we use Italian ripened tomatoes for our sauce, made by us and a variety of Italian cured meats for our toppings.
